WHEN ARE LIVE SESSIONS? WHAT IF I CAN'T ATTEND?

Live Sessions are 1st Tuesdays, at 1pm - 2pm PT. CRM Corner isn't about perfect attendance. Come when you can, skip when you can’t, and tap into Corner Sessions anytime you need deeper 1:1 support.

 

WHAT ABOUT PRIVACY DURING LIVE GROUP SESSIONS?

You never have to share your screen or talk about anything you’re not comfortable with. Many members ask questions verbally or at a high level. You stay in control of what you share.

 

ARE SESSIONS RECORDED?

Sessions are recorded, but replays are only shared with members who joined a given call. Your business stays your business.

 

HOW DO LIVE SUPPORT SESSIONS DIFFER FROM CORNER SESSIONS?

Live Support Sessions are small-group sessions where you can ask questions, troubleshoot, and get unstuck live.

Corner Sessions are private 1:1s for deeper work when you want focused, hands-on help.

 

IS THIS DONE-FOR-ME WORK?

No. This is guidance, troubleshooting, and decision support, not hands-on implementation. If you want us to do the work for you, I can guide you in a Corner Session, or we can explore some packages. 

IS THERE ANY ASYNC OR SLACK/IM SUPPORT?

Not right now. CRM Corner is intentionally live and focused to protect quality and your time.

 

IS THERE A CAP ON MEMBERS?

Yes. Membership is capped to ensure everyone gets meaningful support during Office Hours.

 

CAN I CANCEL ANY TIME?
